Mount Shasta

Near the city of Weed, California (yes, that’s really the name) is Mount Shasta, a potentially active volcano nearly 15,000 feet above sea level. The last eruption was in 1786. It was home to ancient civilizations from 7,000 years ago and revered by the Native Americans that came much later.

More interestingly, Mount Shasta is also rumored to be linked to the legendary city of “Lemuria” which was a theory published by the Rosicrucians in the early 1930s.

Machine Elves

Popularized by Terence McKenna, the concept of “machine elves” are surreal entities encountered by users of DMT and other psychedelics.
